FESTIVAL DE LA CANCIÓN GÉNERO FOLCLÓRICO

BROTES DE CHILE

 

 

I.- DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN

1.-   Podrán participar en este certamen todas las personas que lo deseen.

 

2.- Cada autor o compositor, podrá enviar las canciones que deseen, pudiendo clasificar solamente una  (01) para el evento.

 

3.- Los autores y/o compositores, podrán enviar, sus composiciones por correo certificado, o entregarlas personalmente en la Secretaría del Festival, ubicada en calle Pedro Aguirre Cerda Nº 509 de Angol.

 

4.- Las canciones deberán ser enviadas en un CD o MINIDISC, en grabación de estudio, interpretadas por el solista, dúo o conjunto que defenderá el tema (en caso de ser preseleccionado), indicando al inicio de la grabación el Título de la composición y Seudónimo del autor(es), en las 08 copias mecanografiadas del texto.

 

5.- En sobre cerrado, los Autores o Compositores, deberán enviar firmado con su Seudónimo en el reverso, al soporte musical, las copias del texto de la canción y en otro sobre sellado el nombre legal, currículum artístico, Dirección, teléfono y declaración jurada, firmada ante Notario, indicando la autoría y composición del tema enviado.

 

6.- El no cumplimiento de lo estipulado en las presentes bases, será motivo suficiente para que el Comité Ejecutivo deje automáticamente eliminado el tema, dando lugar a preseleccionar otra canción participante en el evento.

 

7.- Las composiciones deben ser inéditas, originales y jamás antes haber sido difundidas en público o en algún medio radial o televisivo.

 

8.- La temática de las canciones debe estar basada en las formas tradicionales del folklore chileno, representada en la diversidad de ritmos que caracterizan a cada región de nuestro país.  No podrán participar temas que tengan formas musicales indefinidas o con “aires de” ni combinaciones de ritmos; de igual manera se excluye la Chueca, por ser ésta Danza Nacional (Acto. Ley Nº 23 del 18 de Septiembre de 1979).-

 

9.- La recepción de las composiciones vence impostergablemente el día 13 de noviembre de 2009, a las 17.00 horas, en la Secretaría del Festival y por correos aquellas en que el matasello indique como fecha de recepción el día 13 de noviembre de 2009.-

I.- THE PARTICIPATION

1.- May participate in this contest all people who wish to do.

2.- Each author or composer, can send songs, and may classify only one (01) for the event.

3.- The authors or composers, can send his compositions by certified mail, or deliver them personally in the Secretariat of the Festival, located in Pedro Aguirre Cerda St. No. 509 of Angol.

4.- Songs must be sent on a CD or MINIDISC, in studio recording, performed by the soloist, duo, or group that will defend the song (in case be preselected), indicating at the beginning of the recording the song name and the author pseudonym (s), in the 08 typed copies of the text.

5.- In a sealed envelope, the authors or composers, must send signed with his pseudonym on the reverse the music stand, text copies of the song and in another sealed envelope in the legal name, artistic curriculum, address, phone and sworn declaration, signed before a notary, indicating the authorship and composition of the sent song.

6.- The non fulfillment of the stipulated in these rules, will be reason enough for the Executive Committee automatically deleted the song, giving rise to preset another song in the event.

7.- The compositions must be original, unpublished and never before to be spread in public, radio or television.

8.- The subject matter of the songs must be based on traditional forms of Chilean folklore, represented the diversity of rhythms that characterize each region of our country.  The song will not be able to participate which has the indefinite forms of music or combinations of rhythms; Similarly excluded the Chueca, as this National Dance (Act. Law No. 23 September 18, 1979). -

9.- The reception of the compositions expires on November 13, 2009, 17: 00 hours, in the Secretariat of the Festival and by mail those people where the postmark indicated the date of receipt, the day 13 November 2009-
