Este espacio a sido creado con el fin de rescatar y resaltar a aquellos precursores y amantes del arte de la fotografía de nuestra comuna.
En una fototeca se seleccionan, conservan y se difusionan las fotos adquiridas.
Nuestra Oficina tiene una especial atención a desarrollar el cuidado y la conservación del Patrimonio Histórico Cultural de la Fotografía.
Es por eso que anualmente se desarrolla un concurso fotográfico en la cual participan diversos amantes del arte fotográfico.
